LAMDA presents William Shakespeare’s
Romeo and Juliet & Much Ado About Nothing
at the Riverside Studios
28 November – 6 December
This autumn, LAMDA (The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) presents two of Shakespeare’s most famous meditations on love at the Riverside Studios. Whether you book for the heartbreaking tragedy of Romeo and Juliet (28 November – 6 December) or the riotous comedy, Much Ado About Nothing (29 November – 6 December), all tickets are free of charge.
We are also presenting two pre-show talks during the run:
Thursday 29 November, Janet Suzman, director of Much Ado About Nothing, award winning actress, LAMDA alumna and Vice-President will share her thoughts on some of Shakespeare’s most outspoken female characters.
Monday 3 December Rodney Cottier, director of Romeo and Juliet and LAMDA’s Head of Drama School, will discuss the challenges directors face when staging Shakespeare’s work.
