AYT has teamed up with Just a Must theatre company and Austrian Cultural Forum London to offer you the chance to win tickets to see the English language premier of Sports Play by Nobel Prize winner Elfriede Jelinek, most famous for her novel The Piano Teacher which was turned into the award-winning film.

To be in for your chance to win tickets to the show AND spend half an hour with the producer and director for a post-show discussion on bringing international theatre to British audiences, answer the question after the show blurb.

Sports Play
Chelsea Theatre, 30th July – 4th August

Sports Play is an unflinching exploration of the marketing and sale of human bodies and emotions in sports with angry wit, questioning our obsession with fitness, body image and high performance at any cost. Punctuated by live reporting of results from the Olympics and elsewhere, actors perform feats of linguistic gymnastics, their capacity to memorise and articulate non-naturalistic, punning and unpredictable lines stretched to the limits.
For a chance to win, please answer the following question.

Who directed the award-winning film The Piano Teacher?

a) Stephen Daldry

b) Michael Haneke

c) Ridley Scott
Send your answer to competitions@ayoungertheatre.co.uk before Monday 30th July for your chance to win.
