Rough Haired Pointer present
Diary of a Nobody
a new adaptation of George and Weedon Grossmith’s novel
White Bear Theatre
3-21 June

Rough Haired Pointer presents a new adaptation of what Evelyn Waugh called ‘the funniest book in the world.’ Join Mr. Charles Pooter and his dear wife Carrie for some light evening entertainment and a meat tea to celebrate their arrival into their new home. Expect a few glasses of Jackson Frères and a great number of mishaps.

Mr. Pooter is a self-declared Nobody but his diary has made him very much a Somebody. He is a ridiculous, trivial, pompous, kind, wise, hardworking, loyal, honest man. In short, a man not unlike that one sitting opposite you. And not unlike yourself.
